Twinning. Support to Transport Policy Design and Implementation in Ukraine

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the 'owner' of transport policy design and implementation, exists only since 1991. During the turbulent years of transition, policy making was merely crisis management and there was no good breeding ground for structural policy development.

The main objective of the Project is to improve transport policy design and implementation, aiming at increased efficiency/effectiveness of transport sector performance, contributing to sustainable economic and social development.
